European Directive 2002/95/EG "RoHS" of January 27th, 2003


The Directive 2002/95/EG, Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances, in short RoHS, regulates the pollutant concentration of specified hazardous substances in electrical and electronic devices. This directive has been put into national legislation by the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act.

Since July 1st, 2006, limit values are effective for pollutant concentration of lead, mercury, cadmium, sexavalant chromate and brominated flame resistant in electrical and electronic devices newly put into circulation.

Our company is globally active and considers the protection of the environment and of its natural resources as our entrepreneurial responsibility. For us, the realization of the RoHS Directive is a matter of course. That is why all Dewert product's components were and are supervised by close co-operations with our pre-suppliers.

Hereby we, as OKIN Motion Technologies GmbH, confirm that our products as well as its components correspond to regulatory requirements of the European Directive 2002/95/EG RoHS, which came into effect on July 1st, 2006.
